Till the end of September 2010, 16 training modules (all-in 26 training cycles) have been carried out successfully within the project implementation. The contractors of the next 5 trainings have been selected and the tender procedures regarding the last 5 modules are ongoing.  

As a result of the implemented training modules a total of 319 employees of the Polish FSA, 2- Ministry of Finance and 94 representative of the insurance undertakings were trained in the field of selected aspects of EU regulations implementation regarding capital, banking, insurance and pension  markets. The trainings, implemented in the form of seminars and workshops, were carried out by the national and international experts, selected within the tender procedures. The updated training schedule and training materials have been displayed on the Project portal on a regular base. The information on login and password to obtain access to the training documents, which due to its content can not been to the public available, are provided for the institutions delegating their representatives to participate in the trainings, in order to enable self-studying by their interested employees.

The training schedule has been modified to address the needs of the recipients of the trainings as well as due to the extension, in comparison to initial plans, of tender procedures (due to i.a. very specialized scope of trainings, time-consuming tender procedures resulting from the Polish Public Procurement Law and lack of offers resulting in necessity of  the tender procedures repetition).

The completion of training activities is planned for February 2011.
